expansion, ice jacking and lifting, and winter-kill conditions for
your fish due to low oxygen levels and snow and ice cover. A Kasco
De-Icer circulates water and helps prevent ice damage to your
property by keeping areas of open water ice free.
The 3400 HD De-Icer is easy to
install. Complete instructions are included. Maintenance is low,
involving general cleaning and periodic replacement of Zinc anode.
The 3400 HD De-Icer should clear an estimated 75 foot circle in
the ice.

internal mechanical seal and external lip seal for

environments. All external metal motor, float, and hardware
components are of stainless steel composition and protected
by a sacrificial zinc anode.

Requires minimal maintenance. We recommend cleaning the
stainless steel motor housing once or twice per year and
replacing the sacrificial zinc anode when visibly corroded.
